Yes, All Our Products are individually Handmade to order just for you! However if you have any further Questions please feel free to write us at contact@exotique.co.in or whatsapp us!
All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday only. Sundays and government holidays are not included.
The super soft nylon headband we use are one size fits all. Therefore do not require a size. There are suitable from newborn to adult. All bows can be packed with clips or headbands.
All your beautiful orders are packaged in a box to ensure no damage is caused during transit. We provide two shipping options Standard Delivery and Express Delivery. Please select your preferred one at the checkout. All our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused because of unavoidable factors. We do ask for your patience if this happens we will be doing our best to sort it out for you.
Hairclips and headbands are not indented to be worn by babies or small children without adult supervision at all times. We recommended that you remove your child's hair accessories before they go to sleep.
We try our best never run out of stocks Occasionally, we may sell out of an item you happened to snap on your order is unavailable, we will contact you about substitution of refund options.
Our Order Processing time(time from when the order is placed to when it ships out) takes 1 to 7 working days depending on the volume of orders being filled at that point of time, and if we need to order any stock to complete your order. During Busy/Seasonal/Launch Periods please allow up to an extra week turn around for your order to be dispatched.
